A Community of Learners

Welcome to the Wayne professional development learning community web page! A place for us to collaboratively gain understanding and knowledge in what a community of learners looks like, feels like and acts like.  Our goal is to develop the skills in facilitating and nurturing the dispositions necessary in a successful learning community at Wayne.  We will navigate through our learning together where we will look at learning community history and information, valued dispositions, and also take a look at what the research says...all the while meeting here to discuss along the way.
